I was just wondering (anything to put off taking the pooches for a walk in the wet!): as there is no year given in the dates, are we going to have messages from last November mixed with this November, now we're a year old?
I see the year in all the posts .. at least I think I do. ???
Good to see you around again! We've missed you!

Lynn, if you go to "My Space" > Preferences, there is an option of choosing the time and date to display as "Community time format" (e.g. November 11, 2005 09:14 AM) or "My time format" (e.g. Nov 11, 9:14 AM).

Thanks, Iris. I'll go and change my settings. Hiya Gidget, BnL, Betts. I'm going to try really hard to stop by regularly again. Apologies for being gone for so long.
Not this one either!

Hi Things got a bit busy during my daughter's summer holidays, and just as I was getting back to normal after she went back to school, my dad had a stroke. He's been in hospital since then. He was beginning to show signs of improving when he started getting angina last week. Mum doesn't drive so me and my sister are taking it in turns to take her to visit. Then the hard drive gave up the ghost on our pc. We've only been back on line a couple of days. But I'm aiming to stay. And I've missed you all, too.

Awww...we were worried about you...looks like with good reason. I hate when we are right. Hope things work out for your family. I'll send good thoughts your way.
Lynn, my grampa had a stroke and two heart attacks in a matter of hours. I know how it feels. Glad to see that he's showing sign of improvement. My grampa got worse before getting better- they didn't see him surviving at all. Now he just has a cane and a slight speech impediment.
