I got to talk to Sam a bit in Driggs. In addition to being "hott," he is super nice as well. He was very pleasant to talk to and only made me feel stupid once.....lol

We were chatting about the differences between NYC and Idaho (hehehe) and he was saying how beautiful the mountains were at the resort he was staying at. (We were staying there too) So, I was all bragging that we had ridden the chairlift to the top of the mountain and how beautiful it was. He acted really impressed so I was encouraging him to do it. Then he tells me, "yeah, I hiked to the top yesterday" I felt like a lazy bum, but it was pretty funny.

Good boy, Sam. I am impressed he made the time for that.

I love hiking...oh, and chairlifts too! Who says you can't do both?

Wahoo, you should have told him you would have hiked to the top if he was with you


Me I would have hiked up but took the chair lift down!

Hahah! I love hiking too. There's no way I can stay next to a mountain, with nothing to do, and not climb the mountain. I was eying them the whole time I was in Idaho, but I'd need about ten gallons of Gatorade in that dry climate.

It was a beautiful view from the top of the mountain! But I'm glad I took the chairlift because 2.5 miles woulda killed me!

2.5 miles I could have done that! But like I said, I'd have taken the chairlift down... Not that I wouldn't have been able to hike down, I just have issues with gravity...

That is a funny story, Wahoo.

Once I was on top of a mountain (by way of the chairlift, I shamefully share). A couple had just hiked up the mountain and were a bit scratched up from the strenous climb, but proudly announced that they had hiked it. Someone in the chairlift group responded with " What, you didn't know about the chairlift?".

Hahah!!! I get remarks like that way too often.
