so i downloaded "Turn To Grey" and i must say, i knew he had talent but, "Turn to Grey" is like one of the best songs i have heard in years...i love that blues type feel and Jon's voice is flawless!

EXACTLY!! That is what I love the most! When I saw him perform in IF, everyone wanted to know who he sounded like and I couldn't describe it. He has his own unique sound that just fits him perfectly. I love it!!
I will tell a story to illustrate the point. *ahem*
Once upon a time, there was a guy named Jon-Peter Lewis (this was after hyphens were invented) who sang songs for the people of the land. Now, it may come as no great surprise to you that he had a voice that sounded exactly like Jon-Peter Lewis's voice. However, for some unknown reason (this was before reasons were discovered), the people of the land viewed the idea of a voice that paralleled the golden voice of Jon-Peter Lewis as too extraordinary to be true. Indeed the coincidence was so profound that it they couldn't believe it at all (this was also before believing was invented), so they compared him to everyone except Jon-Peter Lewis, for ever, sadly never to find a voice like Jon-Peter Lewis's voice. The end. *tear*
