I have been out walking almost all day in temps over 100 degrees with high humidity. ALL DAY! So I hope people realize what a sacrifice and hardship it is for me to type even a few words. ***cue the martyr music** But I just had to say that this "Man Like Me" song sounds wonderful! Jon's voice is so soulful and emotive on it. Now it will bug me that I don't know the rest of the song. And there is some great guitar work near the end of this snippet. I love great, new, unique instrument stuff.

Since I've heard the whole song, I can tell you, in my opinion, that Man Like Me is a very nice song. I really liked it. What's really exciting is that there are several I liked even better. Lots of great music in the works!
Nice work Jon! I agree with arts, that guitar at the end was awesome! And I have to say its hard to understand the song when you only get to hear 30 seconds of it, but from what I heard, I liked it.

I really like "Man Like Me"! It reminds me of one of my guy friends because he's always asking me why I'd like a guy like him. I'm going to have to give him a copy of this song when it goes on sale!!!

On topic...I like it, wish it was longer. I like the vocals. I love the guitar.
Side note: while there I listened to Connie (it's like a car accident, you can't help but look) and well....I don't like it. Fancy that. I know you're shocked. I think its more because I can picture him when I hear his voice. I love the guitar jon.

So I guess the single sold in at the Camp Kindle benefit had only one song, and this single has two. All the better! And I really like the fact that the songs seem to have very different sounds.
