MSN article and Video of Larry Wow, Liddle, you haven't seen Larry talk about Anna or seen videos or pictures have you? I found one I will post. Larry loved Anna. I think he was pushed out by Howard who was jealous Anna affections were being given to someone else.
Have you even followed this whole thing. Howard is the one who was not right about the way he handled this whole paternity issue.
I am so happy Larry was finally proven to be the father. I can't wait until he gets custody of her so she is out of the hands of Howard. He's a freak!

I agree with Gidge! Everything that I have seen of Haward has seemed more of an 'act' than anything else to me... And he seemed to control everything that Anna did... It was Howard that insisted on them moving to the Bahamas right before Dannielynn was born... It was Howard who was telling Larry he would give him the baby if he would allow him (Howard) to have all the money... Howard was looking to make as much money on this thing as he could... And with him being listed on her will, he just might..

Everyone is entitled to their opinions, so it's okay if we all have a different opinion. I guess it makes the discussion a little more interesting, right? From the beginning I always thought Birkhead was the father because of all the videos I saw of him, I thought he was most believable and he talked about how him and Anna were in love and were trying to get pregnant and then as soon as she was, Howard took over and kept Anna from him. He always knew it was his baby and in light of that, I think he behaved very well. And it is obvious the "I told you so" comment was tongue in cheek. I think the baby's life will be less of a circus with Larry and wish them all the happiness. He was denied his daughter that he and Anna planned and has every right to vindication right now and any tongue in cheek comment is better than what was done to him. Had Howard gotten away with it, what he did was equivalent to kidnapping if you ask me. If someone tried to keep my child from me I'd move Heaven, Hell, and Earth to get her and I probably wouldn't be near as nice about it as Larry has been. Right now Larry is just showing the world how happy he is that he has his proof. I say let him be, he has a right to show his emotions. In all fairness, I should add that I think Howard is being very gracious with his comments and I'm glad he isn't going to fight for custody, but instead help Larry get sole custody. Had he been the father, then so be it, but he isn't.

Liddle....I wasn't mad at you! How can I be mad at you for having an opinion?! I was just shocked by it. I just don't see how you and Jana can say those things. That doesn't mean I am mad at you. I just strongly disagree with you. You are still my liddle love - even though I don't agree with your opinion of this case.

Birkhead to Virgie: I'm Not Sharing Dannielynn! Posted Apr 11th 2007 9:45AM by TMZ Staff Filed under: Anna Nicole Smith A relieved and happy Larry Birkhead called yesterday's revelation that he was the daddy of Anna Nicole Smith's baby a "magical moment" and likened it to winning an Oscar, while politely but firmly telling Anna's mom Virgie Arthur that she can forget about getting shared custody of the child. On this morning's "Today" show, Birkhead told Meredith Vieira that he had seen Dannielynn, as TMZ reported, and that the baby girl has "lots of toys and a nursery ready for her" back in California. Meanwhile, though he welcomed Virgie Arthur as Dannielynn's grandmother, Birkhead insisted, "I do not want to share custody with anyone else ... There's only one dad." Arthur has suggested that she'll seek some form of custody of the baby. As for his surprising hug-it-out moment with Howard K. Stern after yesterday's court hearing, Birkhead said that it came about because "Howard decided to do what's best ... [and] stop the fighting." I'm glad to see the "Dads" are behaving so far and making efforts to do "what's best". Now if only grandma Virgie will back off and accept the role of grandma and not keep the fight going with custody wars, the girl might have half a chance at a "normal" life.

I'm with you on that one Paula. I hope for the baby's sake he changes her name too. Of course keeping part of her name her mother's or some form of her present name, but changes it so it's harder to track her. She needs to grow up out of the spot light.

I'm starting to like Larry more than I like Virgie. Obviously she's not going to get anything with that child because Anna was adament (I know that's spelled wrong) that she would never touch the child.
The baby should keep everything but "Stern" as the last name (or even the Marshall part) I think because Anna named her Dannilynn Hope for a reason close to her heart.

He could change her name to Danielle Lynn Hope and then it would be close to what it is, but enough that people won't know its the same baby.. Of course that will only work if he doesn't tell anyone what he changes her name to... He will also need to get himself a makeover since people know who he is...

Stern Sues Anna Nicole Mom's Attorney for Slander Although no custody issues were hammered out Friday in the Bahamas, Howard K. Stern used the downtime to add more fuel to the legal fire that's been blazing out of control since Anna Nicole Smith died suddenly in February. Stern filed a federal slander lawsuit against attorney John O'Quinn, who represents Smith's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, accusing him of suggesting to reporters that Stern was responsible for Smith's death. According to court documents filed Friday in U.S. District Court in West Palm Beach and obtained by the Associated Press, O'Quinn appeared on several national TV shows to discuss the case in the days leading up to the medical examiner's announcement of what killed Smith. In an interview with Fox News' Greta Van Susteren, O'Quinn said that Arthur believed that Stern had murdered her daughter. He also implied on MSNBC that Stern was a little to eager to get a glimpse at Smith's will in the days leading up to her death, the lawsuit states. "The public airwaves should never be used to promote personal agendas or vendettas," Stern's attorney, L. Lin Wood, said in a statement Friday. Stern himself was in the Bahamas today, where a custody hearing attended by him, Arthur and confirmed baby daddy Larry Birkhead was adjourned before a ruling could be made. The presiding judge said that he wanted to give Arthur, who is fighting for custody of granddaughter Dannielynn, and Birkhead more time to reach an agreement themselves. O'Quinn told reporters outside the courthouse that his client and Birkhead would have a face-to-face meeting, just the two of them, on Saturday "to figure out what's in the best interest of the child." Stern, who is listed as the father on Dannielynn's birth certificate and had been taking care of the infant since her mother died, has said that he will not fight Birkhead for custody and, he said Friday, if it were up to him, he would have given the Los Angeles-based photographer sole custody of Dannielynn that very day. Smith's longtime lawyer-turned-lover has also said that he will remain in the Bahamas, where Smith and her beloved 20-year-old son Daniel are buried--also the result of a drawn-out legal battle over who deserved custody of Smith's remains. While it was eventually determined that Smith died of an accidental overdose of prescription medications, including the sleep aid chloral hydrate, all sorts of Kennedy-esque conspiracy theories surfaced as to the cause of her death, including speculation as to whether foul play was involved. Florida and Bahamian authorities maintained throughout their investigation, however, that they were not approaching Smith's death as a homicide and eventually announced that there was no evidence of any wrongdoing on Stern's part. Stern is seeking unspecified damages from O'Quinn on accusations of slander and invasion of privacy. TMZ.com reported last week that Stern was on the verge of hooking up with Lin Wood, a defamation case specialist, and was gearing to go after some of the media outlets and reporters who were repeating the theory that Stern was a shady player in Smith's death, accusing him of a variety of unflattering behavior.
