Okay, so this judge is bawling on national tv over this decision. I'll try to explain it simply.

The BABY gets Anna Nicole's body. Except, since she's not 18, the guardian (basically her lawyer) has all the final decisions over the body.

The judge says that he WANTS Anna to be buried with her son in the Bahamas. However, he didn't make that a formal thing, so Anna could still be buried anywhere that the guardian finally decides.

Basically, the baby's lawyer needs to get together with Birkhead, Stern, and Anna's mother and discuss where to go to, but all final decisions are to be made by the baby's lawyer/guardian.

So....pretty much Howard K. Stern got what he wanted. And what he claims that Anna wanted.

Stern is bawling, too.

Oh, and he told Stern and Birkhead to go on with DNA tests to get on with this garbage.

Richard Milstein, the court-appointed guardian of Dannielynn Smith, announced that he intends to bury Anna Nicole Smith in the Bahamas next to her son Daniel.

This is really turning into a circus...

Anna's mother has already filed an appeal.

Now an old friend and "insider" to Anna is claiming she suffered with Lupus for many years and that is what eventually killed her and would explain a lot of things, like why she was on Methadone and why she had the headache and fever symptoms surrounding the days or hours prior to her death.

Maybe this is a true claim. It certainly explains a lot about her behavior...all those pain killers to help deal with the pain from the disease.

Anyway...this poor woman just needs to be laid to rest with her son. I am disgusted with her mother that she is prolonging this AGAIN! God, let the woman go.

I couldn't imagine having to give her up. But I think she looks like Birkhead, just my observation.

I read that Howard was trying to cut a deal with Larry... Larry would get the baby as long as Howard got the money... He was trying to cut the deal before the testing started...

So the results will be known soon? That's good to hear. It would be terrible to drag it on and on because if this poor baby girl gets uprooted from whomever she is bonding with, the sooner the better. My money is on Burkhead. I think for sure she's not Howard's and if not Burkhead, then someone else other than Howard. See Howard is the one who was trying to block the test and if it was his, I'd think he would be the first one to want to prove it.

Dr. Josha Perper has announced that he will announce Anna Nicole Smith's official cause of death on Monday at 10:30am. TMZ spoke with one of the reps of the police department who said the findings "are going to be a significant announcement." The announcement is also apparently going to bring some resolution.

Have they determined custody yet? I was in Nassau on Friday when everyone was arriving at the courthouse. Our cab driver drove us by the courthouse (man! what a circus!) where the proceedings were going on. They had been driving people by the gravesite as well but have now been blocked from doing that because the traffic was getting so bad! It'll be a tourist attraction as soon as they "unblock" it. Sad....

She had injected longevity drugs into her left buttcheek and it began to hurt so badly that she couldn't sit down. She refused to go to the ER so she was prescribed Tamiflu, the new flu drug that keeps making people even more sick.

- Trichloroacetic acid (treatment of warts, including genital warts)

- Diphenhydramine hydrochloride (an antihistimine and sedative)

- Clonazepam (aka Klonopin; used for treating anxiety)

- Diazepam (muscle relaxant, used for treating anxiety, insomnia)

- Nordiazapam (sedative)

- Temazepam (a sedative and hypnotic)

- Oxazepam (a muscle relaxant and sedative)

- Lorazapam (anti-nausea, sedative, muscle relaxant)

Anna Nicole was taking SIX different types of sedatives!!!!!

AND they found lots of SlimFast by her bed!

It's hard to believe anyone would take that many drugs. How sad.
