gross gross gross!!! Anna Nicole Smith's death became even more bizarre than her life yesterday as a series of bombshell revelations uncovered an ever-growing web of sexual intrigue - including the startling claim that her late billionaire husband may be the father of her infant daughter. The stunning disclosure comes in a no-holds-barred manuscript written by her half-sister Donna Hogan obtained exclusively by the Daily News. Hogan alleges that her sister froze the sperm of 90-year-old J. Howard Marshall years ago, and believes she may have used it to become pregnant. The revelation topped even the unseemly paternity suit that raged in a Los Angeles court less than 24 hours after Smith's death. The former Playmate's live-in companion and her former boyfriend Larry Birkhead both claim they are the father of baby Dannielynn - the little girl who could inherit up to half of Marshall's $1.6 billion fortune. They weren't the only ones laying claim to Dannielynn yesterday. Smith's mother, Vergie Arthur, flew to the Bahamas yesterday to see her grandchild for the first time. The infant had been left with friends in the Bahamas. And amid all the legal maneuvering, Zsa Zsa Gabor's wacky husband, Prince Frederic von Anhalt, made the bizarre claim that he fathered Smith's daughter. A publicist for Gabor, 90, said von Anhalt was full of it. But even the battle to be named the father of Dannielynn was overshadowed by the claims in Donna Hogan's unpublished manuscript. In the aptly named "Train Wreck" - written with author Stacy Brown - Hogan says: "I wouldn't be shocked at all if it's J. Howard's. She saved his sperm after all and that maybe [sic] her trump card in her fight to get the old man's estate." Depicting her half-sister as ever calculating, Hogan wrote that Smith was "seeing into the future. ... She takes Howard in to have his sperm tested. When the results show that he is still fertile, she has a quantity of his sperm frozen." Hogan wrote that when her half-sister announced to the world she was pregnant, she declined to name the father. "To her family, she hinted that she had used the old man's frozen sperm, and would be giving birth to Howard Marshall's child," the manuscript claims. Later in the book while discussing the paternity fight, Hogan unleashed one of her many scathing descriptions of her half-sister. "That's my sister for you. That b---h probably doesn't even know who the father is. Soon she'll probably say it's J. Howard's," Hogan wrote. Hogan could not be reached for comment yesterday, but in an interview with "Inside Edition" she said, "I don't want people to talk about the crazy stuff. ... I want them to remember her for being full of life." Nevertheless, Hogan describes a campaign by Smith to marry the aging oil baron and then the cold hearted way she treated her "Paw Paw" after the ring was on her finger. Hogan, who uses Smith's given name Vickie in the manuscript, wrote that her sister met "Old Man Howard" at a Houston strip club called Gigi's, where Smith worked as a stripper and the wheelchair-bound geriatric was a regular. "For several weeks, she played hard to get, before agreeing to grant him special favors outside the club," she wrote. Smith married Marshall in 1994 when she was 26 and he was 89 - over the objections of the oil man's son, E. Pierce Marshall. After the wedding, however, she treated her husband like a dog. "She refused to allow him to lie next to her, stating that he would urinate in bed," Hogan he wrote. Smith tore through Marshall's finances accumulating jewelry, houses, luxury cars while cheating on him "with household servants, girlfriends and married men." She would leave him for weeks at a time, refuse to return his many phone calls, and when she did spend time with him, Smith was often oblivious to his frailties. Once, Smith dragged Marshall out to dinner even though he was ill and "left J. Howard in his wheelchair in the rain." But when Marshall finally had enough, Smith scampered back "to ensure her place as heiress to his fortune." "Do you miss your rosebuds?" Smith said at one encounter with breasts bared and a tape recorder running, Hogan wrote. "Train Wreck" states that Marshall "clearly loved Vickie," and that he called her almost daily, calls she generally ignored. She didn't even visit the old man for the last month of his life. At the end, Marshall had had enough. "On the night before he died, J. Howard refused Vickie's phone call. He died tired of Vickie," Hogan wrote. Marshall's death in 1995 set off a court battle for his $1.6 billion estate that continues to this day. The bitter legal war with Marshall's son lasted a decade, but it immediately became a fierce fight over every little detail of Marshall's life - even his remains. The son and widow went to court over who got possession of Marshall's ashes and they decided to split the ashes - what Hogan calls a "half-ash settlement." I hope that if it's not Howard Stern's baby that it's Marshall's baby. Larry just annoys the heck outta me. I just want Howard to have the baby....
So sad. They were supposed to get married on the 23rd.

From MSNBC:quote: Dr. Joshua Perper, the Broward County medical examiner, said no illegal drugs were found in her room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood. He would not identify the prescription drugs.
But CNN quoted an unidentified law enforcement source as saying investigators found a large amount of prescription medicine, including Valium and antibiotics, and over-the-counter cold and flu medication.
Star magazine also is reporting that Smith's Florida hotel room was like "walking into a pharmacist's shop" and that prescription medication found at the scene included the stimulant Provigil, the antidepressant Xanax, the powerful pain reliever Vicodin, and the morphine-like pain reliever Methadone.
Perper said there were no pills in Smith’s stomach and no other immediate indication of an overdose, but officials “do not exclude any kind of contribution of medication to the death.”
Describing signs of inflammation in Smith’s heart, Perper said he saw “something which looks a little bit unusual,” but added, “It may be nothing.”
He said it would take three to five weeks to conclude the investigation.
Seminole Police Chief Charlie Tiger said there was no indication Smith was the victim of a crime, and Perper said the autopy was able to exclude any types of physical injury such as blows to the body or asphyxiation.
“There are a number of possibilities” as to the cause of death, Perper said, including natural causes, a drug reaction or some combination.
Smith apparently had been sick for several days with some kind of stomach flu, Perper said.
Authorities planned to interview nurses and examine medical records before settling on a cause of death, Perper said.
On Thursday, a private nurse found Smith unconscious in her room and called 911. Smith was declared dead at a hospital. She was 39.
Smith's mother blamed drugs for the former Playboy playmate’s sudden death.
'Too Drugged Up' “I think she had too many drugs, just like Danny (Smith’s late son),” her mother, Vergie Arthur, told ABC’s “Good Morning America” on Friday. “I tried to warn her about drugs and the people that she hung around with. She didn’t listen.”
“She was too drugged up,” Arthur said. “By the last interview I saw of her, she was so wasted.”
Smith’s attorney, Ron Rale, said the one-time reality TV star had been ill for several days with a fever and was still depressed over the death five months ago of her 20-year-old son from what a private medical examiner determined was a combination of methadone and two antidepressants.
The birth certificate lists Dannielynn’s father as attorney Howard K. Stern, Smith’s most recent companion, who Rale said was with Smith at the hotel and was too choked up to talk when he called Rale with the news. Smith’s ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead is waging a legal challenge, saying he is the father.
At a hearing Friday in Los Angeles, a judge declined Birkhead’s attorney’s request to order an immediate DNA sample be taken from Smith’s body. The judge ordered the body be retained, though, until a hearing on Feb. 20, attorney Debra Opri said.
Opri said the DNA is needed to connect Smith with Dannielynn “so that no one can switch the babies.”
She also asked the judge to take jurisdiction over the child until her paternity is established. “Nothing was granted. Nothing was denied,” she said.
Rale, Smith’s attorney, said it was “despicable that we would have an emergency notice and appear right now.”
The baby was being cared for in the Bahamas by the mother of Shane Gibson, the Bahamian immigration minister who is a close friend of Smith’s, People magazine reported on its Web site, citing unidentified sources.
A visibly shaken Gibson declined comment as he was leaving his office Thursday night, and he has not responded to several message left by The Associated Press seeking comment.

Smith's lawyer/lover just brokered a new deal - probably worth at least a million dollars - to speak exclusively to Entertainment Tonight and let them videotape his "dramatic" reunion with baby Dannielynn. ET reporter Mark Steines writes the following on his blog: The next time I was supposed to see HOWARD K. STERN was at his wedding to ANNA NICOLE SMITH in two weeks -- a celebration. Instead, I find myself with him sharing one of the darkest moments of his life. On our flight from Florida, where Anna still lies in a cold medical examiner's office, to the Bahamas, our thoughts are on Anna and little baby DANNIELYNN, who we are rushing to see for the first time since her mother's sudden and shocking death on Thursday. Howard, in tears, at times unable to speak, shares with me that his daughter is the light helping him go on. As the plane lifts above the clouds, Howard thinks of those his precious Anna Nicole left behind. In a voice barely heard above the din of the jet engines he tells me, "I want her friends to pray that Anna Nicole is safe, happy and with Daniel." It was hard to leave Anna's body behind, but he had to get back to his baby girl. Others are already traveling to the Bahamas with an eye on Dannielynn. One of them is VIRGIE ARTHUR, Anna's biological mother, who she detested. Anna told me in October, "She's not my mother, she's my birth mother." She is not a welcome guest. Howard begins to bristle at the mention of her name. He says, "As long as I have a breath in my body, that woman will not see Dannielynn." I ask about Virgie's quest to assume custody of the five month old baby, who takes Howard's last name on her birth certificate. After all, Howard is the only father she's ever known. He answers, not as an attorney, but as a protective parent. "She has no right. She can't take my baby. She can't take Anna's baby." After the plane touches down in the Bahamas, watching Howard hold Dannielynn for the first time since her mother's death is heart wrenching. With tears rolling down his face he reveals the depth of his pain: "I wouldn't be here now, but I had to get back to Dannielynn. I held her in my arms and couldn't believe her mom is gone. I know Anna loved her more than anything in the world." Driving with Howard through the gates of the home he shared with Anna Nicole, we shield the windows of the van from the world media who gathered for this story and I realize that ET is telling this story from the inside out -- Howard trusts us to share his world with you. In the days ahead on Entertainment Tonight, you will see our conversation and journey unfold. This is a complicated man and an even more complicated story. From our flight, to the reunion with his daughter in the safe house -- that only five people, including me, have seen -- we'll take you inside Howard K. Stern's life right now without Anna Nicole Smith -- who continues to capture, even in death, the attention of the world. They found SlimFast (how ironic), yogurt, spray butter, worcestershire sauce, and METHADONE as well as some vials of something in anna's mini fridge.
All prescription meds were in Howard's name.
A witness has come forward saying that Howard is the one who gave methadone to Daniel before he died and then saw him flush the drugs down the toilet. That witness will testify in the inquest to Daniel's death.
Howard K. Stern might just be going down the toilet.....

I bet the baby is J. Howard Marshall's... I was thinking about it, and she was still in the middle of the lawsuit for his money... What better way to insure that she would get the money than to have his child... (Esp. if at the time that the sperm was harvested and frozen he had given concent)..

They are saying that it could be his jolie. I wonder......that little baby is worth a fortune and in for a crappy life. I feel so badly for her and she is only 5 months old.
What I want to know is where were these other potential "fathers" when she announced she was pregnant and gave birth. At least Birkhead has been fighting since birth those other losers just can't out now that she is dead....it's SICK! She is being used in death the same as in life.

If she wanted the money only, I think she would have put Marshall's name on the birth certificate. Hard to change things like that.

If they were planning on getting married at the time she had the baby, it would make sense that he would want his name on the birth certificate.. Not only that but the baby does have Marshall's name too... I mean the child's name is Danielynn Hope Marshall Stern... (and as a celebrity she could have given the child the last name Smith, since that was the name she goes by...)

Okay, now they are saying her boobs might have killed her. Something about a reaction from her last implant surgery. Here's my prediction .. her death was an accident and the result of several factors, ie. mixing drugs and possible infection or flu. And my guess is Burkhead is the daddy. I saw his interview and he was believable to me and I think it's possible. Also, there is something about Howard K. Stern that I sense that I don't trust. He's lying and/or hiding something. I don't think he's the father because if he was, why wouldn't they just submit to the paternity tests and get rid of Burkhead's claims. Who knows.. it could be anyone's but I think the chance of it being Howard Stern's is least likely otherwise they would just have done the dang test. Here's what they should all do.. go on the Maury Povich show for the paternity tests. (Or Montel, he does shows like that too, right?)

Montel doesn't do those shows anymore... His show is more about informing people about things (and I really like his show now)...
Also Howard was the one that they believe gave the methadone to Daniel... (Maybe he was jealous of the attention she gave her son, you never know)...
And if it was her implants think of how bad that is going to be to the media...

Well, if Howard gave Daniel the methadone and the subsequent result was Daniel's death...then the only other person between him and Anna's money was the baby. So, if the baby really is his (and he may honestly believe she is, rather she is or not), then lets just say Howard had motives. But, I don't want to blam anyone without more evidence. It's just pure speculation... ***Proud 2 be a Tony Stewart fan!***

This is from people.com
quote: Judge: Birkhead May Review Anna Nicole DNA
Anna Nicole Smith's body remains stuck in the morgue, but an expert working for ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead will be allowed to review DNA samples taken from the body to make sure no one will substitute other samples in the paternity fight over Smith's daughter Dannielynn, a Florida judge ruled Thursday.
Probate Judge Larry Seidlin also ordered the medical examiner – at the request of Birkhead's attorneys – to take one more oral swab of Smith's body for review by Birkhead's expert, as the former boyfriend wages his fight to prove that he, and not Smith's companion Howard K. Stern, is the child's father.
The order came after nearly three hours of argument and testimony. Attorneys for Birkhead, Stern and Smith's mother Virgie Arthur gathered in Fort Lauderdale to lobby for control of Smith's body.
The hearing, held in a crowded conference roon attended by at least six lawyers, with another on the phone, took a midday break but will resume later today.
During the hearing, Joshua Perper, the medical examiner who has Smith's body in cold storage following her death Feb. 8, repeated that he has saved enough samples for the death investigation and to prove eventual paternity. "There is absolutely no justification for additional tests," he said.
But attorneys for Birkhead, who repeatedly say they fear a "bait-and-switch" of DNA samples that might work against Birkhead, pushed for review of those tests along with more testing, and asked the judge not to release the body just yet. Birkhead's DNA expert, Michael Baird, pushed for the additional oral swab, and the judge agreed after Perper said it was a simple process that could be done today.
Still unresolved is the matter of who will get the body, a decision the judge hinted may not come for several days. Smith's mother, who wants to bury Smith in her native Texas, sat silently through the hearing.
Neither Birkhead nor Stern – who wants to return the body to the Bahamas to be buried next to Smith's son Daniel, who died last September – were present.
