I didnt know where else to put these pic, but hey I guess this is current enough. I finaly downloaded them and here are my two new market sheep. Now keep in mind these pics were taking about 2 weeks ago and they've grown a lot since then and their legs have filled out a lot more so yay.
This is Ampersand! He was being an idiot the day my mom was taking the pictures and so he kept humping up his back and he wouldnt let me set him up right. Thats why he looks like he has a bump in his back.
And this is Hyphen! He is so much easier to work with.
And this is just a random picture of the two of them. The one closest is Ampersand.

I like the name "&" better than "-", but "-" seems easier to work with . lol.
So I guess when you write about your Sheep you can use a symbol and we will know what you mean.

Hey ewes! Well the guy who sold them to me said they were suffolks, but the wool on the one's head is starting to make my think that he could be a cross breed (Suffolk/Hampshire maybe?)
