State fair was really fun! I didnt place in the market classes (but thats expected cause my sheep arent finished yet. my county fair is in a couple weeks.) But hey, my sheep got experiance. In showmanship I did pretty good (considering the compitition level and that fact that my sheep are still a bit inexperianced). Anyway I took Hyphen for showmanship and he walked very smoothly. Then right before the judge went to handle him, the lamb next to me bumped into Hyphen and then his legs got moved around and I didnt have time to fix them before the judge came! So thats were I got messed up at. :/ But other then that he coroperated better then he ever has. I still had a ton of fun! (I had rootbeer floats everyday!!)

That is very cool, sheepgirl! Glad you had a good time. I enjoy going to fairs and seeing all the animals. I am sure Hyphen was wonderful! Sheep are very cool.
On a tangent...we rented this BBC series show from Netflicks on Dinasaurs and Prehistoric Beasts. According to them, the largest carniverous mammal ever to exist was a very early relative of the sheep! Sounds far fetched, but it's fun to contemplate...lol!!!
Haha thaaaaaaaanks. Well IDK this year cause this one girl who took sheep 2 years ago is doing sheep again. 2 years ago I won my junior showmanship class and she won the intermediate class. This year we are both in the same class so I got competition in that. And in market that same girl has really nice Hamps (I saw them at the weigh in which was in May) and a few other people who picked out sheep with me also have really nice lambs. So yeah I got competition.
