This is a game of tag. If you are tagged, you have to post something in the thread. It can be just a thought for the day or something interesting or unusual about yourself. Then you have to "tag" someone else. Here are the rules:
1. If you tag someone and they don't post within a day or so, or if you don't think they will see it, send them a PM with the link to this game. If they still don't respond within another day or so, tag someone else to keep the game moving.
2. You can be "tagged" more than once, but not until at least 5 other people were tagged since you were last tagged.
3. If you tag someone and they don't respond within a day or so after you sent them a PM, then you must tag someone else to keep the game moving.
4. Yes, rule #3 is pretty much the same as rule #1. I just want to emphasise to keep the game moving.
Have fun!! I'll start the game off in the next post.

Oh what a fun game, Paula! Funny thought for the day from of one of my all time favorite comedians, the late Mitch Hedberg:
"I like an escalator, man, 'cause an escalator can never break. It can only become stairs. There would never be an "Escalator Temporarily Out of Order" sign, only "Escalator Temporarily Stairs. Sorry for the Convenience."
The Art of Looking Look clearly at life and not just your own, how much is reality, and how much is unknown. It's not measured in beauty, possessions or wealth, but measured in consciousness and judged by youself. Do you wonder if this is your chance, to examine the future and all that might last? Material things just gather the dust, whereas thought becomes life force and this is the thrust. A look in the mirror at the start of each day, a vision of emptiness ...but a nice resume. It's all in the cards ~ but its not yet a deck. sit back and slow down, take the time to reflect. Look clearlt at life and intoyour own, understanding the choices that cannot be postponed.
(Cool website with cool pictures, go look.)
I'm gonna tag... hmm... Kat. Your it!

Ok guys I’ll let you in a whooper! My something usual is; once upon a time I wanted to be a model. I was like 12 and thought I’d grow some. No luck on getting taller but I have managed on wider!
Anyway I started on something a little while back called “The Next face of Beauty” It was a competition to find beauty in someone who wasn’t a super model. You were suppose to make a one minute video and then submit it to be voted on. I made mine but never got to get it in.
Anyway I will now share it with all of you. I think it will be good for a laugh. I know it is cheesy but they just said “make a video that tells us why you are beautiful” and that was it. I couldn’t figure out why so I made this.
Ok, now with that embarrassment out of the way I tag… GIDGET! YOUR IT! {runs away }
That is really cute Kat! And yes, you are beautiful for all those things and so much more.

So, since I have nothing fun to offer and nothing interesting to say about myself (since it's all crap anyway) I'll tell you something that happened today:
My step-daughter got her learner's permit today!!!! AHHHHHHH I am scared to death of this! She's a good girl, but...driving??? Oh my heavens!
So...now, Lisa+ TAG, YOU'RE IT!!!

Well the other day some kittens were dumped off by a irrigation canal near where my husband works so my girls and I spent a few days feeding them trying to catch them all. We finally got them, they were full of fleas and starving but pretty tame. It broke my heart to take them to the humane society ( a no kill place) but I wasn't prepared to take in any animals at this time (guilt!!)and I couldn't chose one over the other so I figured they were better off there then starving to death. Very sad day.
That was nice Lisa.. it reminds me of when a stray cat was dropped off at my place. It was a female and so my neighbor and I thought we'd make her adoptable, since we both had enough cats already. She was pretty young, not fully grown, so I took her to the vet to get spayed and shots, etc. Well.. I got a call a couple hours later to come and get her because when they shaved her for the surgery, they discovered she was already spayed so I only had to pay for anesthesia and a shave, lol. Then I ran an add for her and found her a home. The cat that was almost spayed twice!

Congrats Dee! The lifeguard test is very hard to pass. I remember when my daughter went through it. She spent a couple summers while in High School as a camp lifeguard and loved it!

I don't have time right now to play tag since I have lots of family things going on, but I will let you know I am a full throttle kind of girl. Literally.
I am tagging XxChristyOo, whose name I most likely just messed up!
