Constantine is my favorite so far, but that could change after the first round of the top 24. I'm sure Simon will pick him apart and dice him up then put him through the shredder in no time. I hope that doesn't affect him. I hated how his band treated him. They behaved badly if you ask me.

Constantine is a "long-haired rocker guy" but I don't think he'll make the same mistake as the long-haired rocker guys in the past and try to bring his style to the competition. So far he seems to be trying to adapt to their style, and that should work in his favor if he can do that the first couple weeks.
I agree Red, he seemed very eager to adapt. He has a great attitude and that is always a plus.

He is my favorite so far; but I just figured out what it is about him that intrigues me. He is exactly like one of the people I work with (except that they guy I work with wouldn't quit his band for AI); they act the same.

Anyway, I think it's funny that there was so much pressure to get nicknames for fan groups right away this year, so all three of my guys already have named fan groups! So... I am a Betty, member of the Bice Squad, and an Anwarrior! Ha! All pretty creative names I think. I love it!

I just got an e-mail with a message from the drummer from Constantine's band - Pray for the Soul of Betty.
So times are strange... Constantine is on American Idol And reportedly the band has broken up as a result... THIS IS ENTIRELY UNTRUE!!!! Pray for the Soul of Betty is alive and well, with Constantine on board 100% He feels strongly that although he may well advance in the competition, he will not make it far enough for his contract with AI to kick in and what does that leave... Pray for the Soul of Betty!!!!! stronger than ever, touring the nation, even visiting our new friends overseas...
Hopefully that is true but we get to see him on tour.

Did they decide on the Bettys? I thought that a bunch of people ruled that one out cuz that was the name of Pray For The Soul Of Betty's fanclub. I thought they were trying to distance Con from the band as long as he was on AI.
I had a dream last night that he cut his hair and he ended up looking like Brad Cotter from Nashville Star, I think. Luvs knows who I'm talking about...
