Jon sings with "Idols in Concert" shows in San Francisco

From July 1 through July 5 and again from July 8 through July 12, Jon will sing in the "Idols in Concert" shows at the Rrazz Room in Hotel Nikko in San Francisco. These shows will feature Jon performing solo, duet, and ensemble numbers with various other AI top-10 finalists. American Idol's own musical director, Michael Orland, is also the musical director for these shows. Advance tickets are at a discount rate. Doors at 6:30 and shows at 8:00 p.m.


The show appears to be for all ages. When you click through on that site to buy tickets, you also read this:

"There is a two-drink minimum during each performance. Seating begins 90 minutes prior to the event, with the exception of 10:30pm performances for which seating begins 45 minutes before showtime.

We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service to Anyone.

Reservations will be held until 10 minutes prior to showtime. At that time, space will be released.

Seating will NOT be permitted once performance begins.

$5.00 CHARGE FOR TICKETS SOLD AT THE DOOR"

So order tickets ahead of time and plan for the extra cost for the 2 drinks.

Very interesting! Advance tickets are $45.

I have a close friend in Clovis. If I was to visit her next month it would still be a couple of hours away but OH SO TEMPTING!

More than one Jon show in less than a week? That is completely unheard of, you daring and fearless woman! Completely unheard of, except for when we did the Strata and then the Velour back to back. And except for this April when I went to 2 shows in three days, and 4 shows in a month and a week. We DO love to live on the edge, don't we????
Go to both shows . . . with the full blessing and absolution of a big cheapskate and defendor of decorum.
