"Jon To Play in Monterey, California Jon is heading north to Monterey California for an acoustic show on Friday, June 1st. Jon will be playing the Monterey Live club. Doors 8:30, Show 9:00 21 and over for this one."
Check out the photo of the place on their website. Looks very classy. They only have room for 100 people, so they suggest getting tickets early, especially since other people will also be performing that night. Buy tickets here.

Oooh I love Monterey! Hmmm.. a great reason to go there, but I can't. Not right now anyway. Hope to hear all about it though!

I just wanted to stop by and tell you about the show in Monterey. It was a huge success. He put on a spectacular show and the audience loved him!! Jon and Sky played an acoustic set that wowed the crowd. If you make it to you one Jon's intimate acoustic shows you are in for a treat. Hearing the songs on the album broken down gives them a whole new flavor and listening to some of the new songs he has just written will remind you how incredibly talented he is as a songwriter.
Jon's next acoustic show will be at the Cat Club in Hollywood on June 19th. So, if you are 18 and over think about a trip out west. We would love to see you there!
Thanks for the info Judy! Sounds like it was a great show!

Great to hear Judy. Thanks for giving us your take on the show. Jon does write excellent songs, so now I'm wondering if he played some brand spanking new ones and what they might have been like. Can anyone help out on that?
I myself am itching to hear and see him perform the Christopher Columbus song, but I don't have any plans to get out to California in the next few months to hear any of these songs in person.
The East is such a lovely part of the country. We have beautiful greenery everywhere. Sometimes the natives can get a wee bit whiny, but getting to hear some outstanding live music usually will hush them up for a while.

I'm really wanting to go to a show too, I just have a lot of things already on my schedule this summer.
The NW is very nice this time of year Jon, so if you have a show here someplace I would most likely be able to fit it in my schedule!
