One movie that I would recomend to anyone is, "The Emperor's New Groove"! It's an animated Disney movie, but it's also a very funny movie that people of all ages can enjoy! David Spade is the voice of the lead character in the movie, so even if you are not a fan of animated movies, ya can't really go wrong by watching this movie, case David Spade makes this movie SO funny!
Perhaps this would also be a good place for me to mention that I'm a David Spade fan...just in cause you all hadn't figured that out by now!
I recommend the movie 'Secret Window'. It's an awesome movie... it's not really scary... it's creepy. Another movie i absolutely LOVE is the 'Back to the Future' trilogy. I know it came out in the 80's but its so awesome! Part 1 and 2 are my personal favorites.

OMG!!11! Evrybody has 2 go c Taxi with Jimy Fallon n Queen Latfia it is soooo funny!!! Me and my freind Jen went 2 c it tiwce allredy!! Their is this 1 part with laffing gas n it is hilarouis!! LOL!!1

I was suppose to go see that movie with my friends a while back, but ended up not being able to go. Sounds like I missed one heck of a funny movie!
I saw that someone said "Secret Window" totally agree, Johnny Depp is just to cool for words, and if you haven't seen "pirates of the caribbean" you have to see that too. I just watched "Along came Polly" and thought that was a really cute movie too. Also now that Shrek 2 is out on DVD everyone should see that!!

Wow, sounds like there are a lot of movies I need to see! I haven't seen a sigle one listed on this thread, other than the one that I recommended. LOL!
Oh yeah I forgot pirats of the carribbaen i luv that movie sooooo much!! Jonny Depp is sooo hott and so is Orlnado Bloom!! I cant wait till part 2 cmoes out!!!
My new all-time favorite is Dr. Strangelove, or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb. Peter Sellers is pure genius, and the social significance of the movie, while it may seem out of date, is still chillingly relevant. There are some great lines in that movie, and the one-sided conversation with the Russian Premiere is comedy GOLD!
