For those that haven't looked at the link, don't worry, it's not sad.. those are "happy tears" in everyone's eyes. I emailed it to my sister and she replied back and thanked me because she just had an employee quit on her today and said it was a "thankless job". The employee had been there 3 days! Anyway, she said this gave her a lift after dealing with that person today.

I doubt if I could afford the premium they'd slap on my holiday insurance to cross the pond again! So it's looking like one of the Spanish islands in late September. Of course, you could come to England....
Thats wonderful! Just think, someone in his position could be as nasty as heck becuase they feel sorry for themselfs, but he completely turned that around. He deserves all the props he can get!
