I have been a huge fan of actor Val Kilmer for quite some time, ever since he made the awesome fantasy epic Willow. Since then I have enjoyed his diverse performances in films such as Batman Forever, The Saint, and At First Sight.
Now Val is embarking on a musical career and has written/recorded/produced a collection of songs which I hope will be released as a CD soon. The songs are currently available for purchase through Snocap via Val's MySpace pages.

Now, I'm not very technologically-minded, and as you know, my computer is very temperamental when it comes to playing media files or downloads. I tried to access the Snocap previews, but they are very sketchy on my computer. That has nothing at all to do with the quality of the songs themselves, as from what I have been able to hear, Val's music and vocals are quite lovely, but I just can't get them to play properly.
Oh well, once Val releases his CD, I will definitely buy it!

I hope you'll help to support Val and his music, as he imbues some of our Jon's best qualities in his music. Also, Val has played Moses in The Ten Commandments just as Jon is now playing Jesus in Godspell.
Here's an idea! Val as Batman and Jon as Robin in a new Batman movie! Now, I LOVE Christian Bale as an actor and particularly in the new Bat-Franchise, and Chris O'Donnell was brilliant as Robin in the previous Bat-Movies, but Val and Jon would be an awesome combination! Jon just HAS to play Robin, even in Christian's upcoming Bat-Movies!

And Mikey, you failed to mention Tombstone (hence the "Daisy" comment) in his acting credits! That was one stellar performance. And for pure visual pleasure we can't forget about Top Gun! NICE!

I know Val has done so many other wonderful movies other than those I mentioned, but the ones I mentioned are my personal favourites.

That was so sweet of Val, and for some reason I had visions of Sally Field squealing (with joy) "You LIKE me! You REALLY LIKE me!" Celebrities (and anyone really) are so cute when they gush with delight with fan adoration. It must be like seeing presents under the tree at Christmas time.
Anyway, I thought it was cute.
I can't wait until Val's CD is released. Maybe he and Jon will collaborate on music someday, or Jon will have a song (or more) featured on the soundtrack of a VK movie, or perhaps land a role in a future VK movie!
