Clarkson tells the upcoming issue of German magazine Bravo, "We're not together anymore. We felt that it makes no sense to be an item if you don't see each other. Day and night he's in the studio and I'm touring.
"He will always be one of my best friends. I'm not sad, really, because our relationship made me believe in love again."
The singer insists she hasn't ruled out dating Colton again in the future: "Graham is the coolest guy I've ever been with. Maybe one day we'll get back together -- if we don't have to work so much anymore.
"Graham showed me that there still are cool guys out there and that not every nice guy is attached. I think that God brought us together to heal our hearts.
"When we met, we both had a huge crush on each other. But we were afraid of falling in love and getting hurt. Now we both aren't afraid of love anymore. We both have a new best friend that we didn't have before. So, everything's great."

Ah well. I didn't figure it would last. She's gotten to be an awfully big star, and that makes things difficult. I have no idea what the real reason is, though.

I didn't get to watch the grammy's because I was at a basketball game. Very cool that Kelly got two. I thought it was kind of funny that she didn't mention American Idol....bet that made Simon cranky.

awww!! u know what would be kool??? Is if they got back together on Kellie's b-day!!! That would be awesome!!! i think they were cute together!!!
oh, and i remember seeing the Graham Colton Band last year when i saw Kellie. I saw them twice actually. I went to the Binhamton, NY one, then i won tix for the one in Wilkes-Barre, PA and took my 5 year old cousin. I didn't really pay attention to them either time though cause I was too excited about Kelly!!! I'll have to listen to some of their music online.

I got this e-mail from my daughter today: Tell everybody to watch. It's official - Graham will be on the Tonight Show Friday (Feb 1) night. He flew out this morning to start rehearsals and find a few band members to assist.
