Hey, Well first of all you are my favourite idol especially when you did the elvis songs, and the dancing...it's Awsome. Anyways, I went to your American Idol Tour concert in Minneapolis,MN (and I even got to go backstage and meet you, that made the concert even better, Thanks!) and Tamyra Gray was there preforming too, so I was just wondering if you would ever go on the Idol tour to do something like that? Thanks and I hope to be buying your album and seeing you in concert soon!

Hey Jon, I'm new on here but I had to get on here to tell you that I had a dream about you last night for some reason, anyway...it was weird. You and I were hanging out and you gave me your phone number and told me to call and then, because you had written it on a napkin, it blew away! Anyways, I couldn't believe I had a dream about you out of the blue. I haven't heard much about you until I saw the article in EW. By the way, my name's Sarah. I have a 4 year old daughter that watched you when she was only 2 and she knew all the songs you sang on American Idol (they were downloaded to my computer) and to this day when she hears Rocket Man, she yells out "ROCKET MAN, JON PETER!"
Hello Jon. I hope you can answer something for me that has been bothering me for a few days. I am a huge Simon Dawes fan; I really really love that band. Anyhow, a friend of mine, knowing this, bought me the EPs when we saw them live and also sent me a song via MSN that he believed to be by Simon Dawes. I listened to it and indeed confirmed that I thought it was them, but it wasn't on either of my EPs and couldn't find any earlier discography either. So I googled the lyrics to the chorus and found your site and indeed, the song was the same (albeit some slight lyric changes). I searched and got your MySpace, and saw that you too are a Simon Dawes fan (by the way, great choices for influences!) and heard the song on your MySpace, but it's different. The version I have is definitely Simon Dawes, or at the very least, Taylor Goldsmith is singing it. He has a distinctive ring to his voice, as do you, and they're clearly different. Anyhow, this post is probably longer than it really needed to be. If you could clear this mystery up for me I'd be very grateful. I was curious as to who is the original singer of the song and who wrote it and all that, because I like it quite a bit.
Thanks for your time!
Kayci
(Oops, I forgot to specify, that song is called Stories from Hollywood)
hello there Mr Jon i have to tell ya that you are very good at your music keep up the good work and hope to see you in person sometime soon here in bakersfield thanks your fan Jim
I was just wondering, now that I'm working on the novel part of my thesis after having spent a lot of time on the critical work, would you be interested in reading any of my creative writing in your spare time?
Also, would you be interested in playing a role in any of the future upcoming Christian Bale/Batman movies? We here on your Forums thought you would be awesome at playing either Robin or The Riddler.
I don't have cable...I guess fox isn't cable...but I still didn't get a chance to see all the performances. People, of course, did send me video links of Chris's ALLC and Taylor's jailhouse rock. And, they sent me Elliots "trouble". I thougt Elliot was great, but then again I'm a little biased on the other two.
My thoughts exactly... But then again I too am a little biased on the other two..
I thought Taylor did a great job with Jailhouse Rock but yours was better. And as far as your performance of A Little Less Conversation, I don't think anyone can top that so they shouldn't even try. Even Nigel compared Chris to you in a radio interview and said yours was better.
